About
Karyn Nesby
design leadership, shipped.
Karyn is a design executive and product leader who builds teams, systems, and products that scale. KMN Studio is where her experiments and tools live in public.
The studio's focus is AI-powered apps that help operators, designers, and PMs do their best work — opinionated software with craft and care.
I'm actively looking to put these skills to work in a leadership capacity. Whether you're scaling an established design organization, building one from the ground up, or navigating the complexity in between — if you need a design leader who can establish operational process, develop and mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive delivery from strategy to shipped product, let's talk.
This portfolio exists to demonstrate range and fluency across the full product stack, because teams I lead design and build every day, and great design leaders understand every layer of what their teams deliver.
