This policy covers the KMN Studio portfolio site and the following apps: Career Pivot Companion and DesignOps AI Workflow Hub.

• Design request details and project descriptions (DesignOps AI Workflow Hub)

Browser Local Storage

Our apps use your browser's local storage to save your progress and session data, including:

• Your onboarding profile and assessment responses
• Your current phase placement on the pivot roadmap
• Milestone completion status
• AI interaction count for the portfolio demo (limited to 3 free interactions)
• Quick notes you enter during your session

This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. It can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cache. We do not have access to this data.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit KMN Studio, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Information You Do Not Need to Provide

The portfolio version of our apps requires no account creation and no login. You can use the AI features without providing your name or any identifying information. Any information you enter is voluntary.

• To provide the AI-powered features you request — your inputs are used solely to generate the AI response you receive
• To maintain your session progress within the app via local storage
• To improve the portfolio and app experience based on aggregate usage patterns

Because the portfolio version of our apps stores data locally on your device rather than on our servers, we do not retain your personal information after your session. Specifically:

• AI inputs are transmitted to Anthropic for processing and are not stored by KMN Studio
• Local storage data persists on your device until you clear it — we have no control over or access to this data
• Contact form or waitlist submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry

The AI-powered apps in this portfolio are built on these proprietary frameworks. The system prompts, coaching methodologies, and product architectures embedded in these apps are the intellectual property of KMN Coaching & Consulting LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will note the effective date at the top of the policy. Continued use of KMN Studio after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
